從小到大，身體都有慢性發炎、嚴重經痛與暗瘡的問題，長期食藥
桃腺發炎得醫生建議要切除、牙肉流膿到美國醫生說若果抗生素針治不到，我怕上腦你要做手術。暗瘡問題，中醫睇過、A酸食過，Laser都打過
經痛也是中藥食過、止痛藥每月那幾天數食夠8 粒了。
直到一天，也是我踏上靈性瑜伽旅程之時，我決定不再食西藥、最後中藥也不食了，我會食天然北美或印度的草藥，也直到幾年前在印度瑜伽老師Training時每天吃素後，延伸到不止是素食，而是健康素食x 健康生活，我的經痛、暗瘡問題開始治癒了，也是那時開始，感冒生病，身體懂發燒了，發得起燒了。
